CAT SRL warrants to the initially registered retail purchaser that the CAT mount is free of defects in workmanship or material during his or her life; as long as he or she owns this product and that the laser module will be covered for the first twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Should the product fail during the stated warranty periods, and upon return of the faulty product CAT SRL will correct such defect by repair or replacement of the defective part or parts at our discretion. Correction in the manner stated above shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities of CAT SRL with respect to the quality of the product. These warranties shall not cover any damage or condition determined by the CAT SRL Repair Center to be caused by improper installation, modification (also apply to manufacturers frame modifications), atmospheric damage, carelessness, negligence, misuse, exposure to fluids, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or failure to properly maintain the product. The warranty of the laser module is annulled if the seal shows signs of removal or tampering. The foregoing Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, wherever written, oral or implied. Under no circumstances shall CAT SRL or their representatives be held liable for any direct or consequential damage incurred from the use or misuse of this product.
